Overcharges: If you are charged more than the agreed-upon amount for a ride or service due to an error, we will refund the difference.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
User Cancellations: If you cancel a ride or service, any cancellation fees outlined in our terms will apply.
Service Delays: We strive to provide reliable and timely service, but delays due to weather, traffic, or other factors outside of our control do not qualify for a refund.
Change of Mind: If you decide not to use the service after booking, refunds will not be issued unless otherwise stated in specific promotional offers or terms.
2. Security Deposit Refund
If a security deposit was paid at the time of booking or service, it will be refunded after the following conditions are met:
Vehicle Inspection: After the completion of your service, our team will inspect the self-driving vehicle for any damage, theft, or other issues. The security deposit will be refunded in full if the vehicle is returned in the same condition it was provided, with no damage, excessive wear, or other discrepancies.
Return Timeframe: The inspection will be carried out just after receiving the vehicle. The security amount shall be returned to the customer within the same business day or maximum T+1 DAY
Deductions: In the event of damage, lost property, or other issues identified during the inspection, the security deposit will be partially or fully withheld to cover repair or replacement costs. Any remaining deposit will be refunded to you.
Refunds of the security deposit will be processed back to the original payment method or, if applicable, by alternative arrangements, within [X] business days after the vehicle inspection.
